Claim Evaluation
A qualified professional is on site within hours. A thorough review of the site is completed, using the most sophisticated equipment available. Our personnel always come equipped with the latest available tools of the trade.
After doing the claim evaluation, Damage Control does a complete estimate package, including detailed area-by-area estimate, photo layout, drawings, construction schedule, and property valuation. A complete road map to restoration is provided for all concerned. We immediately distribute our unique Damage Control Inspection Report.
Claim Mitigation
Our background in emergency stabilization permits us to make the right contacts, get the right equipment, and do the right things to prevent further damage, and make the owners "whole" again. We'll coordinate and provide an action plan with a central command staff to get the structures safe and stabilized. We'll make sure everything necessary is done for preservation and salvage of any contents, including computers, electronics, and high value items. You'll know what we're doing, the manpower and the equipment needed to do it, and the cost to stabilize the loss. Even before restoration is started, we've already begun to build a positive mitigation case history.
