Ellen co-founded Damage Control with her husband, Phil Isenhour in 1992, and has worked in various capacities throughout the years with Damage Control.  She currently fills in when needed at Damage Control and serves as a director.

Ellen is a licensed Massage Therapist with her own practice in Mequon, Wisconsin. In addition, she is active in Golden Retriever Rescue of Wisconsin, and other animal and human rights organizations. 

These activities give her little time for hobbies, but she enjoys reading, walking, working out at the gym and taking care of her seven dogs, three birds and cat.
