Phil has been with Damage Control since it’s inception in 1992 and has been in construction related fields for over 40 years. 

Originally from Kansas, Phil attended Kansas State College and majored in Business Administration.  He and his wife Ellen have resided in Elm Grove for the past 20 years.  He enjoys reading,   walking and classic cars.  His former hobbies include flying small aircrafts and dog rescue. 

Phil and Ellen have a habit of adopting animals and their household includes seven dogs, three birds and one cat.
