Emergency Mitigation
|
Claim Control & Loss Reduction Program (CCLR)
|
- Our background in emergency stabilization permits us to make the right contacts, get the right equipment, and do the right things to prevent further damage, and make the owners "whole" again. We'll coordinate and provide an action plan with a central command staff to get the structures safe and stabilized. We'll make sure everything necessary is done for preservation and salvage of any contents, including computers, electronics, and high value items. You'll know what we're doing, the manpower and the equipment needed to do it, and the cost to stabilize the loss.
- The loss is responded to by a CCLR Coordinator who is qualified and experienced in temporary rehabilitation of structures, complete structure restoration, moisture control, mold issues, and odor elimination.
- This person will provide a priced mitigation plan to prevent further damage and minimize future restoration costs.
- The CCLR Coordinator is trained in communication skills to provide owner assurance.
