| Phil Isenhour started Damage Control over 16 years ago with his wife, Ellen, and daughter, Eva. First year sales were under $250,000 and have since grown to volumes of over $12 million per year. With 35 employees and 120 pre-qualified subcontractors, Phil oversees more than 300 projects each year. | | Eva Winter has been actively involved in the company since it's inception and manages and oversees operations. Under her tutelage, the company holds various awards; three-time Future 50 winner, two successive years on Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies in America, Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 100 Small Businesses in America and other honors from various professional and trade organizations. | | Sarah Smith first worked for Damage Control as a cleaning technician in 2000. After earning her BA from Alverno College in 2007, she joined our management staff to administer our human resources and training programs. Her creativity assures that everyone in Damage Control works, trains, and communicates together, no matter what their job title. Sarah makes sure that teamwork is the daily norm, and not just a trite term. | | Mike Rankin heads up Damage Control's estimating department. Mike has brought more than 25 years of construction xperience to DCI, which include owning and operating a custom home building company, as well as expertise with pre-engineered building structures and building valuations. Mike's dedication to training and continuing education assures that our estimating team is well versed in all aspects of both Xactamate and MSB Integriclaim systems. | | Paul Winter's experience as a DCI superintendent and estimator have helped him to become a versatile and effective part of DCI's estimating and project management team. His problem solving skills, construction experience, and proficiency with numbers give him the skill for estimating. As with all of our estimators and project superintendents, he has the hands on skills in carpentry, drying, dehumidification, and odor elimination. | | John Ortenblad is DCI's Business Development Manager. He has specialized in insurance restoration work for the past 22 years, though he has been in construction all of his adult life. Having been in upper management on the construction side, and a Senior Property Adjuster on the insurance side, there is no one more qualified to help lead and further develop the Midwest's premier restoration staff at Damage Control Inc. | | Jessie Lynch - Estimator
