The crew from Damage Control was very thorough and professional. After we experienced internal damage (water damage in 2 areas of our ceiling) due to ice damming, the exterior cause/root of the problem was addressed and corrected prior to the commencement of internal repairs. With internal repairs, the workers were timely, courteous, and very concerned with keeping the work area clean and dust free. They were in and out in 3 days which included removal of damaged dry wall, its replacement, painting, replacement of light fixtures, and spotless cleanup. The obvious hope is that we will not need their services in the future; however, if the need would occur, Damage Control would be our contact of choice.

Damage Control Inc. did a massive renovation after we had a fire in our Historic Hartford home. They did a fantastic job on everything, and were great to work with. This original built in buffet is just one of the many challenges that was in the project. The Damage Control Inc. craftsmen hand-built the entire top portion which was burned beyond repair. The craftsmanship rivals the original 1896 woodwork. The kitchen and some other areas needed total rebuild from scratch because they were burnt out and we were able to work together on brand new custom designs. We worked together to keep the historic portions original and redesign other areas. Highly recommended.

We used Damage Control for some water damage we had from a leaking roof. Through their excellent work on that project, we found out that they also did home remodeling. After a few quotes from other companies along with Damage Control, we decided to go with them again for our complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. We are so pleased with the work! A few hitches here and there which is always to be expected with any remodel, but everything was handled professionally and communication was terrific. Would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, in a month we will be using them again to paint the outside of our home!

Fast and complete response from Damage Control! Last January our basement flooded on a Friday night. Our sump pump discharge froze pipe froze, resulting in tripping the sump pump GFCI, and frying our back up battery sump pump. The team from Damage Control responded promptly and worked until all water was removed from our basement and helped drying out our belongings.
